Danielle is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian who has a passion for helping people achieve a happy and healthy lifestyle through good food and nutrition. She has professional experience in a large variety of clinical areas and uses practical and evidence based recommendations to provide individualised and tailored nutrition solutions. Danielle has worked as a clinical dietitian at Ryde Hospital, Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney, Royal North Shore Hospital and the Diabetes Education Centre (RNSH), as well as in private practice. Danielle works with clients of all ages providing advice across a wide range of areas. Some of these areas include heart health (including blood pressure and high cholesterol), weight management, areas such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), constipation as well as general nutrition and healthy eating. She also has a special interest in diabetes (including pre diabetes, insulin resistance and impaired glucose tolerance). An initial consultation with Danielle consists of an in-depth nutrition assessment. Taken into consideration is your medical history, family history, cultural and religious beliefs, physical activity and general lifestyle. Individualised and achievable goals are set with you, as well as providing appropriate information and resources. Follow up consultations provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure goals are achieved and optimum health is maintained. Danielle Dive’s opening hours are 8.30-12pm on alternate Saturday’s.
