Reminder System
The Practice is committed to preventative care. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system please advise reception. Although follow up of test results is the patient’s responsibility we will endeavour to contact you if review is required.
Parking
Parking is available as is disabled access.
Repeat Prescriptions
In the interest of good medical care, the doctor will normally need to see you for a repeat prescription. Generally a number of repeats will be issued at time of consultation depending on your individual need. Reception staff will always need to consult with the doctor to check whether a repeat is available without you needing to see the doctor.
Referral to Specialist
To ensure the best management of your care and consistent with current standard practice a consultation is required to discuss your condition before a referral to specialist is issued. By law it is illegal to back date specialist referrals. Please ensure your referral is current before attending the specialist.
Certificates
Medical Certificates are legal documents. Where appropriate they are issued at time of consultation.
Test Results
Test results are generally not given out over the phone unless approved by the doctor. This is in the interest of providing the best medical care and to comply with the Privacy Act and standard current practice.
Telephone Calls
Generally calls are transferred to the doctor if convenient at the time, otherwise the doctor will call back at the end of the session.

Please feel free to raise issues of complaint, suggestions or comments with the doctor or practice staff. If unresolved you may contact the HCC
